Deep & Cross Networks: Automatic Feature Crossing
Hafez Dehghani | Senior Data Scientist at adjoe
Feature engineering and creating useful cross features are both challenging and crucial parts of data science. In this talk, we discuss Deep & Cross Networks and how they help automate this process.
Feature Stores and How to Tame Them
Valiantsin Malashkou | Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Flo
Several years ago, Flo started adopting a feature store for all its production ML models. We had a lot of bumps on the road, but we still made it there. However, I still see that Engineers, even people in the ML domain, struggle to understand a feature store internally, what kinds of feature stores exist, and, most importantly, how to apply them to their data. In this talk, I’m trying to answer these crucial questions.
Exploring Advanced LLM Reasoning: Insights from Argumentation Mining in Natural Language Processing
Mohammad Yeghaneh | NLP Researcher & Innovation Developer Data Science at Bundesdruckerei-Gruppe
Moha is a Data Science Developer and a Ph.D. candidate specializing in Natural Language Processing. He is currently working as a Data Science Developer on the “Datenatlas” project, which is seen as a crucial step in Germany’s efforts to become a leader in digital innovation. In his talk, he will focus on Information Extraction and the reasoning capabilities of LLMs.
